Whitney Kamerzel is an attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and international disputes. She litigates cases and advises clients in the energy, defense, financial services, healthcare, higher education, and manufacturing industries. Whitney also has experience in international commercial and investor-state arbitrations under the rules of leading institutions.

Whitney has worked in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on international human rights cases involving land grabbing, violence to indigenous people, and child labor. She carried out corporate compliance programming that used human rights treaties and risk management frameworks and helped implement human rights programming to non-governmental organizations in Myanmar, Cambodia, and the Philippines. Whitney also helped plan and implement JUSTRAC (Justice Sector Training, Research, and Coordination) programming to federal government officials and private sector personnel. The trainings focused on rule of law, human rights, and justice sector reform in developing countries.

In her free time, Whitney provides pro bono assistance to human trafficking victims and asylum seekers escaping political or religious persecution, gang violence, or genocide.
