About

I am a mixed-methods sociologist who studies criminal justice, gender, and inequality. Currently, I use qualitative methods to examine how formerly incarcerated women navigate various institutions during the incarceration and reentry period. I have also done work in the areas of education, academic achievement, and school discipline.
